I am a childbirth educator and
not a medical person. I hold an MPH with a specialty in Community Health
Education (Master of Public Health), but this
is not a medical degree. I am trained in the normal course of
pregnancy and childbirth. I have further training as a volunteer
breastfeeding counselor from Nursing Mothers Counsel. I am not
qualified to give medical advice, so please use the information on this
page as a general guideline for a healthy pregnancy and remember that
unless referenced all material is my opinion only! Always check with
your own practitioner to be sure that you are doing what will be best
for YOUR baby and YOUR body! Whew, now don't you feel better? I do...
